1. Create an Order – The cashier creates a new order through the NovaPager dashboard, or your POS sends it automatically. It gets a number right away.

2. Customer Scans QR – The customer scans your QR code with the phone camera. The waiting page opens instantly in the browser. No registration. No application installation.

3. Get Notified – Staff mark the order as READY. The customer’s phone shows the alert straight away, with sound, visual alerts and vibration where the phone supports them.

4. Collect Your Order – The customer collects the order. Staff mark it as COLLECTED and it leaves the active order board.
